Speaker. Storyteller. Cultural Catalyst.

I don’t just speak — I move rooms.

As a dynamic media personality, author, and brand strategist, I bring a voice rooted in truth, legacy, and lived experience. My talks challenge, inspire, and call audiences into deeper reflection and radical action.

I speak candidly about the realities of race, migration, identity, and legacy—particularly through the lens of the UK’s West Indian communities. From classrooms to corporate stages, I bridge personal storytelling with social commentary, turning the wounds of erasure into blueprints for empowerment.

In 2007, I was selected from over 10,000 applicants to appear on BBC’s The Apprentice with Lord Alan Sugar—where I led and won as project manager twice, including the infamous coffee task, guiding the all-male team to victory. I went on to become one of the final 7 contestants, earning a spot in The Apprentice Magazine’s “Magnificent 7.”

That experience didn’t just build my profile — it built my platform.

Now, I speak to audiences who are ready to remember who they are, reclaim what they were never meant to forget, and rise into who they’re becoming.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Keynote Topics & Signature Talks

Each talk can be tailored for schools, universities, conferences, corporate teams, or community groups.

1. Thank You for the Disrespect: Turning Erasure Into Empowerment
Based on my debut book, this talk explores how racism, migration, and historical disconnection shape identity—and how reclaiming our story becomes the first act of power.

From podcast to podium, I examine how generational trauma, culture, and creativity intersect—and why the “othered” voices are the ones we need most.

3. From Boardroom to Market Stall: My Journey as a Media Maven & Multi-Hyphenate Entrepreneur
Lessons from The Apprentice to building a consulting agency and hot sauce empire. A vibrant, actionable session for future founders and fearless creatives.
